• Review document submittals (material, drawings, etc.) as per project requirement and QCS.
• Oversee day to day operations of the Site ID Works to ensure project execution is
as per agreed approved design.

• Utilize computer applications in the design process.
• Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met.
• Follow the Quality, Safety and Environmental management requirements in applications.
• To develop and execute structural, architectural and interior technical drawings.

• Utilize the maximum from the computer software for efficient and timely submissions of drawings.

• Prepare Civil Defense drawings as per required for municipality approval, FF & FA requirement.

• Facilitated the approval for the fire fighting materials including BOQ.

• Advises client on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment, color schemes, and color coordination.
• Selects or designs and purchases furnishings, art works, and accessories.
• Subcontracts fabrication, installation, and arrangement of carpeting, fixtures, accessories, draperies, paint and wall coverings, art work, furniture, and related items.
• Carry out periodical site visits to supervise and inspect work in progress undertaken by contract ors and or other related professions and ensure adequate quality control maintained.
• Attend regular weekly site coordination meeting for construction activities.
• Responsible for replying RFI’s, in means of sketched drawings and other supporting documents.

• Make CAD drawings on Architectural/ Interior Design Plans. Such as Floor Plans, Mechanical & Electrical Plans, Schematic Plans, On Going Working Drawings and 3D Presentations.
• Supervise Team in reading and making architectural drawings
