o Responsible for the English and Literature Program; which was designed to encourage the desire for higher literacy in terms of getting the grip with commanding the English language.

o Responsible for the Gym & Sports Program; made games and events that engaged our students to move and learn how to move their bodies and be made aware of the importance of keeping an active and healthy lifestyle at an Early Age.

o Responsible for completing daily and weekly staffing schedules according to expected business volumes. Thus ensuring that no shift is over or under staffed. Includes: coordinating break and meal periods for staff according to activity levels and directing employees through their daily routines.

o Providing leadership to a team during a shift. HR responsibilities, including pay roll, recruitment, developing and implementing HR strategies and
initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. I.E.

▪ Recommending capable staff members for promotion and advancement.
▪ Motivating staff to deliver better results and continuous monitoring staff performance during a shift and addressing any shortcomings.
▪ Mentoring and training up new employees.
▪ Resolving pay discrepancies.
▪ Completing payroll records and ensuring that all staff files are up to date.

o Managing the opening and closing of the work premises. Including all cash management during the shift.

o Preparing orders so that they are ready to be shipped out.

o Ensuring that quality audits are completed to a high standard

o Responsible for establishing new business, developing current business relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

o Cold Calling

o Following up on orders and calls for repairs.

o Liaising with the billings department for any pending transactions

Responsible for overseeing the work of retail staff from the cheese section to coffee and tea ware and to the gourmet items that was sold on site. Also was in
charge of monitoring employee activity, coordinating the shipping and receiving of merchandise, and solving problems at a day-to-day level and assisting customers
