Working in Saudi Jordanian investment fund as Senior Electrical Engineer in Kingdom Health (KH) Project which consist of Kingdom University Hospital (KHU) and The Kingdom University of Health Sciences (KU)
The kingdom Health consist of University Hospital and medical School, Presidency building, Male, Female and Nurses Dorms and Central Utility plan. The Total built up area is about 130, 000 sq meter.
The kingdom University Hospital is consist of 330 Bed. The total built up area is 75, 000 Sq. Meter. Consist of high raising building 10 Floors and 10 Operation Rooms, 11 ICU rooms, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Outpatient Clinics and Emergency Department.
The main Responsibilities As following:
1- Review of Electrical Design Drawings, Specification, and tender documents.
2- Follow up Design Development and construction packages progress.
3- Coordination with stakeholders (Design Team, PCM consultant, Supervision team, Suppliers, Local Authorities and MEP contractor).
4- Follow Up of Photo Voltic project (PV) Design/authority approval.
5- Prepare Value Engineering for Electrical Scope.
6- Attending and participating in different Stakeholder Meeting.
7- Control Design Changes and variations for cost saving.
8- Ensuring the works are carried out as per project specification and contracts.
9- Ensuring project deadlines are met.
10- Controlling Quality, Progress, cost, and safety of works.
11- Review/follow up MEP coordination.
12- Monitoring Project plans, Schedule, Time, and budget.
13- Controlling/Coordination Provisional Sum contractor/supplier.

4-Nurse Call system.
5-Diesel Generators and ATS's.

Working in Abdali Hospital Amman- Boulevard as Electrical Engineering Unit Head.
Abdali Hospital Space is 90, 000 Sq. Meter. Consist of high raising building 35 Floors and 4 Basements. and Car parking Building of 6 Basements. the hospital capacity is 200 Beds and 9 Operation Rooms, 11 ICU rooms, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Outpatient Clinics and Emergency Department.
The main Responsibilities As following:
1-Manage the Operation & Maintenance of the MEP services in the hospital.
2- Manage and execute the Preventive & periodic maintenance.
3-Execute the Corrective Maintenance that effect the patient life safety immediately.
4- Oversees and supervise the Projects Execution (Extra floors, New Chillers).
5-Oversees all safety precautions/requirements during the work implementation.
6-Review and approve the method statement/risk assessment for sub-contractors.
7-Preapering Technical Specification, RFP, and Bill of Quantity BOQ.
8-Prepare the Budget/cost analysis for the external maintenance/projects.
9-Supervise/mange all related works to the sub-contractors.
10-Preparing Design and Shop Drawings.
11-Review and issuing the payments after approvals.

Abdali Hospital Space is 90, 000 Sq. Meter. Consist of high raising building 35 Floors and 4 Basements. and Car parking Building of 6 Basements. the hospital capacity is 200 Beds and 9 Operation Rooms, 11 ICU rooms, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Outpatient Clinics and Emergency Department.
The main Responsibilities As following :
1.Review Tender Documents and Technical Specification.
2- Prepare and Review the design Drawings.
2. Prepare the shop drawings for the hospital.
3. Prepare all material submittals.
4. Inspect all electrical material on site and the work inspection.
5. Prepare the value Engineering Items.
6-Coordination With JEPCO (Jordan Electrical Power Company).
7-Prepare Payment as per Site progress.
8-Testing and Commissioning of electrical System.

Supervision of Farah Hospital Construction Amman 3rd Circle.
Farah Hospital Space is 75, 000 Sq. Meter. Consist of building 9 Floors and 4 Basements. the hospital capacity is 75 Beds and 4 Operation Rooms, 12 ICU rooms, Laboratory, Pharmacy and Emergency Department.
The main Responsibilities As following:
1.Review Tender Documents and Technical Specification.
2- Study and Review the Electrical design Drawings.
2. Review and approve the shop drawings for the hospital.
3. Review and approve all material submittals.
4. Inspection and taking over for the electrical work from the contractor.
6-Review and approve the contractor payment.
7-Testing and Commissioning of electrical System.

Working As Contractor and general maintenance for different Types of Projects (Roads, Street lighting, Schools, ....etc. )
Construction of Amman Ring Road (ARR) stage 3. the owner of the Project MPWH. its consist of 5 bridges and 12 KM of roads. Street lighting, Power Substation for JEPCO, High voltage cables, infrastructure for JTC (Jordan Telecom Company).
The main Responsibilities As following:
1.Review Tender Documents and Technical Specification.
2- Prepare Electrical Shop Drawings.
3. Execute all the electrical works .
4. Coordination with JEPCO and JTC..
5-Testing and Commissioning of electrical System.
6-Handing over all the Works for MPWH.
Build of District Cooling Plants (Engineering, Procurement and contracting ) in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
The DCP Consist of Chillers, Pumps, Cooling Towers, MDB's, SMDB's, MCC's
1. Review Design Drawing at the design office.
2. Reading project Specification and ADDC regulations
3. Prepare Electrical Shop Drawing to the consultant and the site
4. Take off the Material and Issuing MR for the required material and tools.
5. Prepare Method Statements, Risk assessment and ITP.
6. Prepare daily report, weekly plan.
7. Supervising, installing the Electrical Equipment and termination according to
the project Specs.
8-Supervising, Controlling all Activities at the Site, arranging the material, tools
, Labors, technician……….

Working in Electrical Panels Control Factory as Panel Builder for MDB's, SMDB's
The main Responsibilities As Following
1. Preparing the quotations and technical specification.
2. Designing of the drawings according to the project specs.
3. Choosing of all the needed material to the project and arrange it for fabrication
4. Supervising of the fabrication process and testing of the finished panels.
5. Installing the panels into the site as main or sub-contractor
Maintenance Engineer
