• Conduct assessments and interviews to assess the skills and suitability of potential beneficiaries to participate in vocational trainings (In Irbid, Ramtha, Mafraq and Amman).
• Provide training assistance to the Training Officer and ensure organized training environment.
• Act as the Training Officer in her absence and perform some training topics and family mentoring at the request of the training officer.
• Mapping, outreach and identification of potential beneficiaries within the assigned areas;
• Follow up Trainings through field visits to training centers and communicate with the trainers and stakeholders to ensure good implementing of vocational trainings and family mentoring.
• Maintain a Database for the beneficiaries to check cash activities to keep track of the payments.
• Disrepute Transportation payments for beneficiaries during the trainings on weekly basis.
• Carry out regular home visits to monitor and follow up on the implementation of the project activities as per the defined schedule with the support of the Officer
• Prepare and update all necessary documents and bills for every beneficiary as per IRJ policies.
• Communicate with local CBOs to discuss cooperation opportunities and provide us with data and lists of potential beneficiaries.
• Develop Project(s) detailed implementation plans and contribute in suggesting of new projects.
• Responsible for archiving of the beneficiaries' supporting documents as per IRJ standards
• Collaborate with the MEAL department for assessments and home visits.
• Any other duties as agreed with the Livelihoods Snr Officer.

• Conduct the technical survey data collection for ECD program.

• Ensure activities are implemented in full compliance with IRC and NYU standards.

• Communicate with the doctors regarding their available slots for the patients next appointments.
• Sending a daily reminders for the patients online SMS service.
• Sorting the documents back to cabinets and ensure that they are clean and well arranged.
