A Board Secretary Assistant, dealing with the corporate Affairs meetings, preparing the invoices and send them to financial dep, stationeries, preparing the letterhead papers, safety meetings.
working as a communication specialist, dealing with vendors and arranging the meetings, presentations, internal events.
1-Dealing with the telecom invoices for all projects distribute the bills and sent them to each project, take the approval from the project manager then send them all to the financial department.
2-Following-up the Finance and make sure all the bills are paid before the deadline.
3-Solving the black-list issues and manging the canceld lines or the new telecom services.
