- Provide emergency and first aid to injured workers.
- Conduct and implement hygiene protocols in the site.
- Provide health teaching, work and non work related health issues.
- Monitor workers with ailments.
- Evaluate workers condition if necessitates to be referred in the hospital
- Manage workers health record in order
- Monitor after sales medical devices.
- Provide troubleshooting for our medical devices to all hospital personnel.
- Manage complaint files for multiple endoscopy/urology product lines including guide wires, dilatation balloons, Lithotripters
- Determine missing information needed to complete accurate investigations and interface with sales representatives and physicians to gather information to help determine root cause
- Assess report of complaint events based on FDA regulations, Health Hazard Assessments and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis documents
- Write and submit hundreds of FDA Medical Device Reports (Form 3500A) by strictly mandated deadlines
- Maintain complaint records in accordance with Good Documentation Practices
- Provide support for department during FDA audits
- Provide reports using Microsoft Excel
• Assess patient’s needs and plans appropriate nursing care and executes
• Perform intensive cephalocaudal assessment
• Check all equipment for maximum time management and efficiency
• Conduct nursing interventions like wound drainage, catheterization and medication administration to delegated patient within the scope of practice.
• Adhere to the hospital policies to prevent infection and to ensure standard healthcare to the patients
• Bed side nursing care to patients in the unit based on basic assessment and evaluating the outcomes.
• Provide privacy
• Provide safety to patients at all times
