Manage and supervise the daily activities of the technical team.
Oversees and carries out maintenance and repair of equipment’s.
Ensure the Planned Preventive Maintenance tasks are carried out in accordance
with the schedule, frequency and task lists and provides reports on any works
required thereafter.
Coordinates with other teams and ensures satisfactory completion of work.
Carries out routine inspections for the jobs accomplished by Technicians and
Service partners.
Produce the 53-weeks Preventive Maintenance Calendar for Mechanical and
HVAC Discipline.
Produce Technical and Incident Report for Mechanical and HVAC Discipline.
Ensures that both the quality and the quantity of the jobs are in line with service
level agreements/KPIs.
Promotes a safe work environment and proper use of Personal Protective
Equipment and other safety parameters.
Conduct Tool Box Talk to the team with Safety Awareness.
Develop the 52 - Weeks Calendar to monitor Preventive Maintenance Service for
all equipment found inside and outside of building premises.
Conducted and carry out specific inspections, troubleshooting guides, and
checking of completed maintenance and repair works.
Supervised technicians on duty, and follow up on job requests on the scheduled
maintenance work within their premises.
Daily basis inspection of equipment operations for Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC,
Elevator, Plumbing System and Fire Protection Systems with FDAS, Building life
support systems, and other building equipment.
Evaluates all costs associated with each project including materials,
consumables, and costs of labor.
Oversee and Inspect the installation of the Mechanical System, Electrical
System, HVAC, Fire Protection System, Plumbing System, and Sanitary System.
Coordinates with the other engineering team for the successful completion of the
project’s plan.
Knowledge in Estimation, Procurement of materials with quantity take-off.
Used critical thinking to break down problems, evaluate solutions and make
decisions without superior supervision.
Review and Interpret P&IDs, drawing plans, and Technical data sheets for all
Mechanical Systems, Electrical Systems, HVAC, Fire Protection Systems,
Plumbing Systems, and Sanitary Systems.
Plan, Prepare, and submit construction milestone, schedules, progress report
and technical reports.
Managing a level of quality work, and must follow specifications standards.
Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control.
Select and coordinate with subcontractors and their activities.
Review project specifications, administrative and technical practices, design
instructions, plot plans, and supplier information.
Knowledgeable with the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and
Commissioning of MEP.
Evaluate and Review MEP design if there's any conflict with other disciplines and
will redesign once there's an issue might arise.
Oversee and Inspect the installation of the Mechanical System, Electrical
System, HVAC, Fire Protection System, Plumbing System, and Sanitary System.
Installing, maintaining, and repair of piping and plumbing fixtures
Coordinates with the other engineering team for the successful completion of the
project’s plan.
Knowledge in Estimation, Procurement of materials with quantity take-off.

Assist Project Engineer in preparation of progress report, coordinating with
workers, evaluating progress work, and inspecting the quality of work.
Assist Project Engineer in the preparation of materials needed for the work and
coordinate with the procurement personnel for the material request.
Document, record, and report on meetings, the progress of jobs, and
construction completions from design & validation reports from Project
Engineers.
Assisting Project Engineer to oversee and supervise of Ducting Works for clean
rooms, Piping Works, Scrubbers, Pneumatic systems, and Exhaust Stack for
Gensets for clean emission.
