• Provide general support & assistance to the health & safety officer
• Initiate & implement safety measures in work areas
• Inspect work area premises for hazardous elements
• Educate employees & workers on safety aspects
• Ensure first aid treatment is provided immediately to injured person
• Assist in identification of need & preparation of risk assessment, compliance & training of staff, with particular reference to machine risk assessments, manual handling, working at height
• Creates, modifies, update safety policies

• Monthly inspection of fire extinguisher & spill kit
• Conducting toolbox meetings
• Ensure that all must wearing ppe
• Making Safety Roads & barricade the hazardous area
• Liaise with onsite contractors to ensure their compliance with company safety regulations & adherence to safety standards, including basic safety induction training
•Maintaining Books of Accounts upto Finalization.
•Perform financial statement analysis.
•Manage Accounts receivables & payables.
•Facilitate and complete monthly closing procedures.
•Prepare Cash Book & Petty Cash Book.
•Collect Cash From Customers.
•Prepare monthly reconciliation statements.
•Daily Report To HO.
>Maintaining Accounts Receivables & Payables.
>Maintain Books Of Accounts Upto Finalisation.
>Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statement.
>Verify Balance Sheet With Document.
