Working as Manager with following responsibilities
Reporting to Projects Director on Construction, erecting & Installation of electromechanical and cabling works
− Planning, establishing, implementing HSEMS, Project HSE Planning, execution, and control, dealing with Dubai Development authority, Dubai Municipality, Environment Planning and Study section DM & Dubai civil defense.
− Coordinating and dealing with Stakeholders, key compliance safety execution, lead incident investigator, and internal auditor. HSE Plan, SOPs, Rescue plans. Leading a team of safety officers and safety assistants.

− Reporting to Corporate HSE Manager, Implementing and maintaining Seidco HSEMS. Assessment, reviewing and assistance in HSEMS, Project specific HSE Plan and HSE Policy for continual improvement.
− Ensuring Project specific plan is implemented and maintained and updated .
− Ensuring Compliance to local and international standards, local regulations, and codes of practices.
− Project HSE observation, rectification, and control, formulating Risk assessment.
− Coordinating with consultant for continual HSE improvement and safer Project work execution
− Dealing with client to ensure client HSEMS is aligned with organizational strategy. Identifying KPIs, evaluating and reporting Project KPIs to stakeholders. Accident control, incident investigation & incident reporting
