Direct, Supervise and Monitor all activities related to Irrigation Projects.

Generating method statements, inspection test plan reports and other QA/QC documentations as necessary

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Tendering and bidding of Irrigation and Landscape Projects
• Preparing BOQ’s for Landscape and Irrigation as per Tender requirements
• Design Irrigation system and propose Landscape plan on CAD drawing as per Tender requirements
• Preparing material lists - supporting the selection of vendors, support for preparing shop drawings by using Auto-CAD and material submittal for approval.
• Managing Projects on site i.e. preparing time schedule of the work, Organizing work, work force and equipments as needed, daily reports, inspection requests etc. liaison with the EGE management
• Coordinate and follow up with various subcontractors engaged on project and plan all works in proper sequence and in accordance with their progress to ensure a timely completion of project, with emphasis on quality control.
• Meeting the client’s on regular basis as the project progresses and gets material approvals. Incorporate all their additional requirements by preparing variations and getting approvals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Preparing Landscape quotations and design irrigation system as per landscape plan.
• Executing all hard and soft landscaping works independently as per the approved drawings with emphasis on proper selection of plants and lawn.
• Coordinate and follow up with various subcontractors engaged on project and plan all works in proper sequence and in accordance with their progress to ensure a timely completion of project, with emphasis on quality control.
• Meeting the client’s on regular basis as the project progresses and gets material approvals. Incorporate all their additional requirements by preparing variations and getting approvals.
• Allocating labor force to various sites as per the requirements of workload and timeline of the project.
FACILITY MANAGEMENT / MAINTENANCE RELATED
• Visit and manage maintenance sites on daily basis to ensure works are of high standards, and quality is maintained at all times. Meeting/calling clients to understand their personal requirements regards to their garden.
• Preparing quotations for extra works required by maintenance clients.
• Troubleshoot all landscaping problems - including minor plumbing and electrical works.
• Manage labor force, schedule timings, ensure work output, educate workmen on their job and motivate them from time to time.
• Prepare a daily report of all works carried out at sites; add all information into daily diaries on server for job tracking
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Planning and Production to maintain progress against budget parameters
• Arranging the maintenance and repair of buildings, machinery and equipment
• Planning activities for trainee staff, mentoring and monitoring them
• Maintaining knowledge of pests and diseases and an understanding of how they spread and how to treat them.
• Applying health and safety standards
• Reviews existing processes and develops solutions to increase productivity or reduce costs.
• Implement an improved efficiency measurement system to capture labor efficiency, material yields, and rejects/rework.
• Ensures compliance with approved production methods and quality standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for purchasing the quality potatoes directly from the specific farm sites and out sources like cold storages
• Responsible for service, maintenance and requirements of mobile quality labs
• Directly report to quality manager about the daily progress i.e. QA field plans
• Responsible for planning and managing machineries at the specific harvesting sites Dumper loading, Potato combine harvester, potato digger, conveyors for bulk loading
• Chip Plant Processing & packaging activity with HSE and Quality Implementation procedure at Plant.
• Presentations preparation concerning safety & daily quality report, Analysis of HSE statistic and review of the reports of daily, weekly and monthly QHSE.
