Responsible for managing the execution of project to ensure financial performance of the projects meet or exceed budget, with the project scope in conformance to requirements and delivered on time.
Build up a project management team through recruitment, training and by leading the development of project specific processes, policies and procedures for project management flow in the international environment.
Provide overall leadership, oversight and guidance to the project management and execution team, ensuring the team, its internal/external suppliers and customers operates with an aligned vision and unified operating pace.
Responsible for the identification, management and clear, timely and accurate communication of all project risks.
Lead the development of operational capabilities and partnership in the region where applicable.
Responsible for flawless execution from project kick off to delivery of product to client.
Responsible for maintaining man-hours as per budget requirement.
Responsible to achieve fabrication and welding activity as per schedule.
Responsible for review of consumables inventory and indenting
In-charge for the fabrication of 750, 000 Dia Inches of piping.
Monitoring the all activities for prefabrication of piping and pipe supports including material receiving, Inspection, Cutting, Fit up, Welding, NDT, Sand Blasting, Painting and dispatch.
Responsible for Workshop development and initiate machines requirement for improving productivity
Represent Workshop during financial review meetings.
Represent Workshop during Business development meetings of company.
Responsible for initiating different welding processes of less rework and more productivity.
Responsible for all administrative issues in workshop
Responsible for introducing new fabrication strategy for improving efficiency
• Lead, Plan, organize & co-ordinate the team of QA/QC Engineers, Welding Inspectors, Piping Inspectors, Steel Structure Inspectors, NDT inspectors, PWHT technicians and other Subcontractors.
• Review of work scope to determine WPS requirements with respect to ranges of materials, sizes and proposed welding processes in line with specification and code requirements.
• Preparation of WPS, Conducting procedure qualification (PQR), conducting welder performance qualification tests, preparation of welder’s cards and maintaining qualification list of welders.
• Preparing and reviewing all QA/QC related procedures and get approval from client.
• Preparation of Project Quality Plan (PQP), Inspection & Test Plan (ITP)
• Preparation of QC Procedures for initial documentation
• Evaluating inspection reports and test results as per International Standards/ Customers Standards / specs.
