• Position includes planning, developing, analyzing, designing, implementing and maintaining all facets of information services needed by Qatar Amiri Guard. The major areas included in information services are Network, Security, Wireless and IP Telephony.
• Routing/switching (Cisco) installation and configuration.
• Configuring the routing protocol like EIGRP, OSPF, and RIP.
• Enterprise-level Cisco ISE configuration and troubleshooting, authentication of devices using MAB and dot1x in ISE and creating static policies.
• Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting VPN connections (site2site, SSL webvpn etc.)
• Responsible for Network security (Firewall, VPN, router, Switches, ips/ids).
• Hands on experience of F5 Big-IP LTM and F5 Big-IP APM.
• Design system security architecture and develop detailed security designs.
• Troubleshooting Routing/Switching, wireless LAN controllers, VMware and VPN issues.
• Performed security system updates on a regular basis with updated technical documentation.
• Hands on experience in security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, authentication systems, log management, content filtering.
• Technical support experience for network infrastructure products and expertise with advanced TCP/IP network installation and troubleshooting.
• Configuring and Troubleshooting Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) Firewall.
• Hands on experience with Cisco IronPort Web Security Appliance (WSA).
• Cisco Wireless Control System - Aironet APs and controllers.
• Support network operations, maintenance and engineering including all aspects of the Connectivity Infrastructure, ISE Network Admission control, Firewall support, VPN Support (IPSEC tunnels and remote access), troubleshooting advanced issues, implementing advanced technologies, performing upgrades to systems, deploying new systems and providing recommendations for enhancement to the computing environment.
• Maintaining ITIL process to resolve the Network problem, to change configuration on Network Devices.
• Installing, supporting and maintaining new server hardware and software infrastructure.
• Strengthening the IT infrastructure through implementing new technologies.
• Plan, coordinate and manage information technology operations, coordinating both day-to-day operations and projects.
• Worked as a member in the designing and implementation of physical security of Amiri Guard data center which includes access control, Smoke detectors, Fire Alarms, FM 200 and etc.

•Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all current IT systems, including all PC, Business intelligence systems and Website, operating systems, databases telephones, software applications.
•Installing the setup of office LAN environment.
•Configuration of CISCO routers and switches.
•Working with Voice over IP, voice gateways.
•Configuration of Cisco IP Telephony infrastructure using Call Manager Express ( CME )
•Implementation of quality of Service for voice infrastructure over data network.
•Manages network operations to include: troubleshooting connectivity problems; installing & maintaining routers, firewalls and switches; adding/terminating users; assigning rights and access; resetting passwords; establishing e-mail addresses; assessing and reporting operational status; performing backups and restores; etc. Performs routine preventive maintenance on hardware and software.
•Configuration of DHCP servers.
•Hands on experience on GSM transmission (Nokia Flexi 2G, 3G BTS).
•Installation and configuration of Nokia, Siemens, NEC transmission systems.
•Set up VLANs and configured ISL trunk on Fast-Ethernet channel between switches. Provided WAN/LAN/VLAN, NAT support including installation and maintenance to users in a Cisco network environment. Prepared and developed technical documentations and security policies for the organization.
•Troubleshoot operating system, network connectivity, and end-user problems. Provide technical support and user training to more than 100 company users. Manages external technology projects.
