• Responsible for dealing with anything relating to the ordering of materials, raise RFQ, services and supplies for the Department.
• Implement and maintain all Weatherford Policies and Procedures.
• Maintain close contact with client locations to be informed about their operational requirements. Analyze these requirements in relation to equipment and personnel availability and if necessary make recommendations/suggestions to customers.
• Create all RFQ and demand of equipment-based spears and sale able inventory.
• Follow-up to procure inventory with SCM Dep’t and vendor to maintain timely receive or make our operation smoothly.
• Responsible to maintain a perfect balance of inventory in the organization by liaising between the operations, purchases and sales.
• Responsible to maintain local/ International procurement. Taking quotations, Creating RFQ, Doing Order management. Follow up with the supplier. Keeping international logistics. Answer all query related inventory and assets we transfer from other countries and fulfill their requirement as per Weatherford policy.
• Raising and closing AFE against project-based Assets and inventories.
• Ensure all reports related equipment utilization and maintenance are generated and updated in the JDE system.
• Conducting Inventory and Assets count periodically to get perfect SDS Dept. Balance sheet.
• Prepare invoices and closing in systematic way in JDE ERP.

• Material, Container Handling & Material Inspection.
• Fabrication of Equipment’s & Ducts, Air slide, Bucket Elevators etc.
• Erection of Rotary Equipment’s, Centrifugal Fans, Bucket Elevator, Belt Conveyor etc.
• Alignments of Motor &, Equipment’s.
• Commissioning of Equipment’s.
• During Project also work as archive coordinator: arrange drawing area vise & good Command on it.
• Fabrication & Erection Billing, Making Material BOQ, Comparative statement.
