• Conduct tool box meetings

• Promote health and safety within the organization and develop safer and healthier ways of working. Application of programs to remove the hazards from the work place and to correct unsafe work practices
• Inspect and test machinery and equipment to make sure they meet safety regulations as per JOSOP inspection checklist
• Make sure that personal protective equipment is being used in workplaces as per JOSOP standards
• Make sure that the organization is aware of, and complies with, all JOINT OPERATION (JOSOP) procedures in relation to the use of its plant, equipment and substances, as well as in all workplace activities
• Conduct training sessions for management, supervisors and workers as per the training matrix
• Conducting safety HSE campaigns
• Provide Safety trainings to support the HSE Management System. Includes training related to
• Occupational Safety, Emergency Services, Health, Environment, and Risk.
• Conduct training needs analysis related to HSE Policy and Procedures for employees
• Check and inspect the safety device of equipment
• Check the gas monitors and ensure working properly
• Inspect the Equipments and prepare check list
• Inspect loading and unloading of water tanker
• Review accident investigation and recommend corrective action to management
• Record keeping of employees
• Conducting Monthly meetings with management and workers
• Trainings for workers for safe work
• CHESM.
