 Worked with NRSP in the project of “Scaling up Rural Sanitation in Flood Affected Area of district Hyderabad, as Social Organizer.
 Training on (CCCD) Child Centered Community Development given by PLAN INTERNATIONAL at Indus hotel hyd.
 Training on “GENDER EQUILATY AND CAPACITY BUILDING” at PLAN unit office thatta.
 “POLIO” Awareness session in targeted community.
 Introducing the (PATS) Approach.
 Key responsibilities in this project to conduct the trainings of:
 Village sanitation committees (VSC).
 Community resource persons (CRP).
 Masons trainings
 Entrepreneurs Trainings
 Project orientations given to the school teachers.
 Project orientation given to the govt officials.
 To conduct the Triggering & health hygiene sessions in targeted area.
 Worked as a training co coordinator.
 To monitor and evaluate the activities and given the reports to the concern authority with suggestions regarding field activities.
 Coordinate with govt department specially education, health, local govt, public health engineering deptt:
 To achieve the target of Open Defeaction free (ODF) villages in the targeted area of district Hyderabad.
 Selection of village for waste water treatment plant and drainage system.
