>Act as First Point of Contact for day-to-day IT Activities and updates for
Development, Testing, and resolution of end-user Application issues,
assigning Tasks to other IT Team Members.
Organize and conduct all user’s meetings for reviews and supervise all IT
operation systems and services and analyze all User's requirements and provide solutions for the same.
Drive and deliver the IT service to make sure it aligns with the overall department goals and company strategy.
Implement, and ensure delivery of all applications projects and support on time.
Provides strategic direction and oversight for the full life cycle of design,
development, operation, and support of IT systems.
Working closely with the company executive team to create strategic plans for the business's future growth.
Keep an open channel of communication with other department managers,
anticipate their future business needs, and recommend appropriate automation solutions.
Communicate with the third-party service providers engage the development team and facilitate the development as per the company and its partner’s requirements.
Coordinate with Third-Party Vendors for development and support of the application as well as training.
Managing CRM ( ZOHO CRM) and ticketing System ZOHO desk
Identify the Application Issue, work closely with the team and report the same to the Service Providers and get it resolved on Priority without affecting Business.
Brief the Newly joined team members with the services and how to
implement them as per BRD
Manage more than 50 projects with different verticals
Implemented ERP Oracle Fusion. SCM, HCM, Successfully.
Other Implementations include Foodics, Quickbook. Quickbook Integration with Foodics
▪ Work with analytics, reports, BI, Website, Ordering apps, KIOSK, POS, threat management, servers, firewall, active directory, attendance system, CCTV, internet security, DMB, Internet, extensions, loyalty system
▪ Work on the branch opening, network design and implementation
▪ Managing and monitoring of Applications across more than 30 different locations.
▪ Ensure Oracle-ERP runs smoothly. Handle Overseas Functional Consultants team for Reporting, development and support, assign jobs with Time line to deliver product on time. ▪ Device new solutions ensure that new solutions are time-and-cost-effective.
▪ Bridge the communication gap between the request for Change and the Implementer.
Managing and monitoring of Applications.
▪ Understanding, collecting and analyzing the requirements for a new system.
▪ Assigning job and Time line to the Team.
▪ Code Review: Ensure the code is as per the company security standards.
