Accounting: Establishment a standard practice of fair accounting, appropriate use of IFRS guidelines
• Posting of accounting entries in proper way
• Substantiate documents for positing into financial system
• Preparation and maintenance Asset, Liability and Ownership of equity accounts and regular revisit in each account for audit trail
• Employee record, payroll, EOSB and other related fringe benefit file and its related entry
• Monthly FCY revaluation and related gain/loss report preparation
• Asset Maintenance File and its provision for accounting
• Monthly Preparation of Income Statement, Balance Sheet
• Analysis of variance in profit and loss account
• Timely Submission Central Bank of Kuwait Report Weekly and Monthly as per CBK format including Correspondent Balance, FCY purchase and Sale reports, Receivable and Payable report, P&L and Balance sheet
• Verification of reconciliation prepared by team, correction and adjustment entry for positing
• Internal Audit task for physical inventory count and other doubtful transaction related document being verified
