Handling Technical Support and Presales operation for Quickheal's Middle and North Afica region from its Dubai Office .
Responsible in handling all product issues, partner handling and preasales tasks for both Retails and Enterprise products .
Served Tata Consultancy Services, Tidel Park Chennai as Resident Engineer in ITIS(Internal IT Infrastructure Services) project, which is the backbone IT support team of TCS.
TCS Chennai Tidel Park is one the biggest Telecom Software and IT and Delivery Center by TCS with more than 1000 Employees in all categories up to Global Delivery Head, serving telecom clients like Vodafone, Centurylink, Tata Com etc.
Being the location level Engineer in ITIS, my role was to ensure the smooth working of Desktops, Laptops, Software, Email clients, Antivirus, Disk Encryption and other IT resources through indecent management tools and help of other vertical teams, L1 and L2 team, and Service Desk.
I was also giving back up support for Server and Network team.
Served TATA CMC Ltd as CJET Trainee in IT infrastructure management with in house experience of Server Management, Network Administration and Desktop Administration. Various nontechnical corporate training such as IQMS, HSE etcs are also provided during the same.
I have completed my Engineering Graduation with first class in Information technology from University of Kerala,India . The course was comprised of advance topics and subjects from Computer Science ,Communication and Networking with live projects,Laboratory Experiments and Academic Seminars. Kerala University is One of the oldest and prestigious academic body in India, with highest standards of curriculum and research establishments.
