Lead Planner on ADNOC HQ project in Abu Dhabi which is a 75 floor Tower. Responsible for all Project control related work. Worked on another project consisting of 663 villas.
Responsible for the project planning / management and projects control. High-rise projects up to 45 storey and hotels.
Monitor project planning & scheduling functions, review/ prepare
contract programs & progress reports, resources planning, cash flows, method statements, etc.
Prepare and update the project master schedule, review of design and construction schedules submitted by the consultant and contractors, review and continuously monitor against approved schedules the contractor’s major construction progress, site visits to monitor the progress of work and ensure that major milestones have been met, review of extension of time claims, prepare executive presentations for higher management.
Preparing project schedules and updating progress,
generate weekly & monthly Progress reports, monitoring the physical Progress on site, resource planning, report delays & remedial measures to management, liaising with clients, drafting contractual correspondence, attend meetings and prepare tender programmes.
Assisting the managers in day to day contract administration and management issues along with use of primavera expedition software. Co-ordinate with consultant (Norr) and project management team (Turner Steiner), evaluate variations.
Responsible for inspection of all structural and Finishing works, prepare bills and payment Certificates, monitor schedule and quality standards. Co-ordinate with Client, main contractor and Sub-contractors, approval of materials, giving technical support to the construction team and review shop drawings for implementation.
