• Carry out planned preventive maintenance and installation, servicing of chillers, air handling units, split AC systems, window AC, PACCU, AHU, FCU, cold storage units. Carry out routine repairs on client sites general maintenance building services equipments.
• Operation and Maintenance of exhaust fans, heaters and humidifiers.
• Check and clean air-conditioning switches, controls, take insulation and parameters.
• Performed daily routine of all HVAC equipments, record data log sheets, and service calls from clients.
