• Administrative Assistant / Document Controller for Parsons Corporation within the Systra-Parsons JV, delivering Systems PMC services to Qatar Rail for the Doha Metro Project.
• Responsible for the management and coordination of all design reviews, material approval, field change request, method statements and other construction related documents of the project.
• Provide accurate data reporting on all the deliverable status of the design, drawings, material approval, method statements, test reports, correspondence, RFI, field change request, plans and procedures and other documents related to the project site.
• Responsible for quality assurance of all incoming and outgoing documents in line with ISO Standards using Aconex and SharePoint.
• Produce daily correspondence, weekly and monthly reports.
• Responsible for the SharePoint Administration for the Doha Metro Project - Systems Department.
• Responsible for the office management and administration including office/pantry supplies and provide supervision to the teaboys, office cleaners and maintenance team.
• Responsible for the fleet management of all site pool vehicles for project site and staff transfer.
