•Providing leadership guidance, and support to a team of Associates and delivering superior
service to all members both internally and externally through example. And Handling three shift
•Co-ordination with Third Party logistics Carriers i.e. ARAMEX, SMSA, DHL, SAUDI POST, EXTRA
LOGISTICS on deliveries and return services to resolve Complaints and request received through
various source from first mile RTO and RTV contact with sellser
•Checking of Complaints and Request Tickets raised on Zen-desk and Jira software to make sure to
provide an update with in TAT.
•Responsibility of Handling Noon express Logistics clients i.e. SIVVI. Com and Kul.Com to ensure all type
of services should be provided within TAT.
•Assigning task among team associate to resolve Customer’s Complaints and Request.
•Quarterly visit to KSA warehouses to understand the ground level operational activities to enhance the smoothness of the work flow.
•Providing quick responses on Escalated Mails
•Responsible for preparing report on Goodwill cost location hub wise to remove the cost from logistics
through investigation with ground staff
•Created and presented numerous flash training to ensure employees were up to date on current
procedures.
•Maintained professional relationships with cross-functional departments and worked closely with
them to resolve escalated issues.
•Regular Cross border meeting with Team Associates to provide them proper training and guidance on
task to be performed
•Responsible for preparing report on Warranty cases hub wise to ensure proper solution should provide
to customer on their product.
•Keeping an eye on movement of the packages to ensure successful delivery
Handle Vendor Queries with client for different verticals
including Escalations for On boarding on Faber cart.
Establishing new business avenues (New Stores on-boarding in LFR, New Retailer Dealer Expansion, New · Territory Expansion).
Large Format Retail (LFR) \[National Accounts and Regional Accounts\], On boarding Complete supervision on all the channels in the regions, LFR, General Trade.
Participating in trade exhibitions, conferences in regional cluster.
Organizing sales visits to LFR Counters and Dealers/Sub dealers in the Cluster Region & Reporting accurate records on timely manner.
Responsible for Area’s Performance Rate & Automation Percentage Partners & On boarding New Partners ensuring completion of Docs needed.
Generate leads by making calls, personal meetings.
Automation & troubleshooting of restaurants on App during various Stages of restaurants life cycle on Swiggy.
Maintaining relationship with Partners understand resolve their queries issues and escalate if necessary.
