+ Coordinate with EPC contractors and system engineers for any deviations or change request between project specifications and actual site conditions.
+ Handles System design and commissioning of telecommunication systems of EPC projects both Offshore and Onshore. Systems includes - UHF/VHF Radio System, Structured Cabling System, Meteorological and Weather Monitoring System, CCTV, Video Conferencing, Personnel Tracking System, Telecommunication System Alarm Management (TSAM) and Security Monitoring System (SMS).
+ Leads the system engineers in preparing various deliverable based on VDRL such as Functional Design Specification, Bill of Materials, Factory Acceptance Test procedures, Factory Acceptance Test reports, Site Acceptance Test procedure, Site Acceptance Test report, Equipment Data sheet, Equipment Operation and Maintenance Manual and Common Engineering Documents (Power Consumption & Dissipation Details, Commissioning spares, Inspection and Test Plan).
+ Handle Radio telecommunications systems of different sites for UHF/VHF DMR (Motorola/Hytera), VHF Marine/Aeronautical (Jotron, Sailor, Elman), UHF TETRA/ DIMETRA and Radio Paging/POCSAG (Multitone and Swissphone).
+ Conduct on site markups and prepare as-built drawings for all telecommunications system cabinet general arrangement (MCB, power rating), wiring and termination diagrams to ensure all are up to date for end user reference.
+ Conduct Factory Acceptance Test including visits to manufacturer’s location to ensure systems are working based on the FAT procedures and equipment are working based on its specifications and clear any technical punch lists provided by the client.
+ Prepare Radio Systems training slides and provide training to end users which includes radio system functionality, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance procedures.
+ Lead Systems Engineer in Sicuro Group that specializes in GSM and satellite tracking, VSAT, radio communications and logistics support solutions. Handles the configuration, scripting, installation and client technical support to different asset tracking equipment (Personal/Vehicle Tracker/Radio Communications). + Leads the software team of the research and development that primarily administer the integration and testing of new devices and with direct communications with the suppliers. Also act as application specialist that oversees the web based platform in terms of usability, enhancement, maintenance, upgrades and functionality testing.
+ Direct point of contact for third party software team that handles development of platforms.
Commissioning for VHF and UHF Motorola DMR - repeaters, base stations and handheld radios on site which includes parameter configuration, talk groups definition based on fleet mapping, call encryption and functional testing - coverage and call quality.
+ Closely monitor newly commissioned sites to make sure that DMR system is performing. Propose needed parameter reconfiguration and/or system upgrade based on system status, usage and requirement i.e from IP Site to Multi Sites (Linked Capacity Plus, Connect Plus or Capacity Max). + Work with different suppliers - Motorola, Hytera and iCOM in producing technical proposals and provide different solutions for Radio Systems.
+ Handle training for newly joined colleagues with regards to the Radio System and GPS/GSM web platform.
+ Manage development and maintenance of different web platforms used for fleet management, IVMS operations, and monitoring data terminals.
+ Create test plans and cases to ensure that client requirements are met. Afterwards create scripts/parameter configurations and optimized procedures for efficiency.
+ Organize Motorola radio installation and configuration and IVMS installation, client presentation and specialized training for clients.
+ Responsible for in depth testing of new products such as Motorola Radio Dispatch, Real Time Location Services, RFID’s, ECM’s and sensors. Produce test reports and release notes for new development and enhancement of the existing services platforms prior to release.
+ Actively seeking new solutions and maintain a working knowledge of current and upcoming technical products and upgrades.
+ Travelling to several countries for commissioning of Radio systems, project planning and development with providers as well as representing the company in Telematic conferences, Technology seminars and partner conferences.
Quality and process analyst that handles information processing, working with technical materials and plan and key statistical tables. Handles opening of inventory form and job card for the maintenance of military vehicles. Directly communicates with quality inspectors, supervisor, store & parts department and as well as high ranking military personnel. Confirms all details, reports, labor and parts are properly issued and inputted onto the system.
2G/3G RF Optimization engineer to handle optimization, performance monitoring and troubleshooting of a certain cluster in South Luzon Region. Responsible for the improvement on signal coverage, quality and site performance of the cluster. Handles events and festival preparations which includes planning and optimization for the area.
