Execution of Management Projects designed and formulated to meet the appraisal of Alfa Laval including process development, improvements and developing & maintaining ISO 9001:2015, HSE Systems. Delegated to develop and maintain Inventory Management System for Middle East Region including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Jubail (KSA), Yanbu (KSA) & Doha (Qatar).
• Execution of high value Performance Agreement Projects running for 3-5 years.
• Planning, resourcing and budgeting for the set goals during project execution.
• Direct and supervise Service engineer team responsible for execution of major Performance Agreement projects through engineering team and sub-contractors. Report to the General Manager.
• Provide leadership to project team to accomplish project goals and monitor out-put.
• Develop and implement project execution strategy, ensure the implementation of quality control standards and cost control on project for on time completion.
• Execute daily operations of monitoring the work executed by the engineering team at site and prepare interim and completion project reports.
• Coordinate with technical specialists and site personnel in identifying and resolving complex technical problems.
• Ensure a positive work environment and awareness by all staff at the site of project goals and objectives.
• Conduct site meetings. Monitor progress throughout the project cycle, ensuring cost and time constraints are met and acting to ensure problem resolution, as necessary.
• Confer with and direct supervisory personnel engaged in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specifications and coordinating various phases of project - repair /construction to prevent delays.
• Plan and enforce health and safety measures for safe working environment.
• Coordinate with clients and with subcontractors for material, invoicing and payments.

Manager - Ship Repair Projects at Technomak
