Compressors, Centrifugal Pumps, Gas Turbine Generators, Submersible
Pumps, Dosing Pumps, Electrical Motors, Rotating Equipment Vibrations,
Pump Alignments, PSVs, Actuator Valves, Isolation Valves (Butterfly
Valves/Gate Valves/Ball Valves/Globe Valves), Dehydrators, Plate Type
Exchangers, Shell & Tube Exchangers, Columns or Towers, Overhead
Cranes, Jetty Gangways, SVT Loading Arms, Cryogenic Pumps and Fire Water
Monitors.
• Establish Maintenance plan using SAP R/3 Production with proper Manpower
Allocation and Material Reservations.
• Knowledgeable to read and interpret P&ID, PFD, Pipe Class Specification and
Isometric Drawings.
• Prepare 7day / 30 days look ahead schedules. Resource Analysis,
Assessment of Progress and Subsequent Reporting of KPIs.
• Creates Initial Stock Requests for non-stock materials.
• Prepare short shutdown activities using MS-Proj.

• Responsible for Routine Maintenance Planning and Scheduling using SAP R/3
Production.
• Conduct daily and weekly meeting to monitor status of work orders.
• Prepare daily and weekly schedule.

• Prepare Purchase Requisition and monitor estimated time of arrival ETA of
ordered direct charge materials thru SAP R/3.
• Assigned as well as Turnaround Planner, prepare shutdown plan for
Dehydrators, Heat Exchangers, Turbines Gas Compressors, Turbine Gas
Generators and Rotating Equipments to meet the agreed business
requirements on safety, quality, duration, cost and to ensure all requirements
are met prior to the turnaround start date.

• Bid-out projectsforTurnaround/Shutdown such as Boilers, Tanks, Heat
Exchangers, Towers, Drums, Furnace, Heaterand othersmall in-house
projects at Petron Bataan Refinery.
• Prepare all materials needed forthe scheduled Turnaround/Shutdown.
• Responsible forthe developmentofdetailjob plans and estimates in
turnaround/shutdown activities.
• Setupjob packages and incorporate all technical data, drawings, inspection
reportsfrom reliability and technical notes from clientoperations.
• Load plan and schedule into Primavera P3.1 scheduling software. Create a
logical networkofactivities and critical path schedule. Update schedule based
on progress ofTurnaround/Shutdown activities.
• Issues schedule reports as required by clientforqualitycommunications.
• Responsible also for routine planning using SAP R/3.
• Knowledgeable to read and interpret P&ID, PFD, Pipe Class Specification and
Isometric Drawings.
• Uses Primavera P3.1 and SAP R/3 in planning and scheduling.

• Always make sure areas are safe as well as equipment conditions before
starting to work at site.
• Assigned as Rotating Equipment Technician at oil process refinery.
Responsible for troubleshooting, repair and overhauling of rotating
equipments such as multi-stage centrifugal pumps, single-stage/double-stage
centrifugal pumps, vertical pumps, reciprocating pumps, rotary pumps,
diaphragm pumps, air and gas compressors, blowers (induced and forced
draft fan), steam turbines, gas turbines, reduction gearboxes and soot blowers.
• Responsible in overhauling and resetting of Pressure Safety Valve (PSV) and
relief valves using In-Situ testing or test bench. Responsible for PSV popping
on boilers after boiler had been repair for shutdown.
• Specializes in aligning of rotating equipment using reverse alignment and
laser alignment.
• Responsible for preventive and predictive maintenance works, monitoring all
kinds of rotating equipments using vibration analyzer (SKF CMVA60).
• Assigned as a Heavy Equipment Operator during shutdowns and turnarounds,
responsible in all rigging works, pull-out and re-installation of electric motors,
pumps, gearboxes, bundles of heat exchangers, air-fin coolers and other
lifting jobs to perform.
