1. Enhanced security of the NEOM community and its residents and visitors by improving
situational awareness and providing the NEOM security team with the appropriate capabilities. Residential and Office Complex, Neom Employees, Families, and Contracts currently live and work. The current Community Area is 2000 meters squared.
2. Enhanced security of the experience center by upgrading the existing CCTV system, Access Control System, Integration with PSOC (Physical Security Operation Center - Neom Community 1) refurbishing the center with a new access management system.

Duties and Responsibilities:
*To maintain, manage technical projects, and determine site computing, and infrastructure strategy.
*To monitor and perform capacity and feasibility studies and resolve system/network-related issues.
*To perform new project implementation and documentation write-up.
* Supervises and evaluates low-current manpower.
* Analyses performance and produces reports to the direct manager.
* Supports subordinates in developing their competencies.
* Ensure client complaints are resolved properly.
* Coordinates and follows up on new low-current equipment installation and commissioning.

Position: Operator Engineer - PSOC (Access Control System)
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Performs other job-related duties.
* Conducts general inspections to insure quality and system site readiness.
* Evaluates low-current equipment and systems performance and takes necessary actions.
* Maintain access control system, devices, equipment, and integration.
* Respond to email queries related to access control with NEOS1, Residents, Employees, and Contractors.
* Maintain ACS server, FR terminal (Offices), and Turnstile equipment for (Gates, New Dining Hall, Visitor Management, and future coming expansion areas covered by ACS.

The project includes the Design Review, Project Management, and Construction

*Responsible for equipment set-up wireless systems.
*Responsible for maintenance monitoring of all machines “QUICKPAY”.
*Responsible for the customer who did not successfully receive the load.
*Configure additional hardware and software for the machine.
*24/7 and on-call monitoring of the company’s network infrastructure.

*Maintain three servers and two controllers in the selling area and Credit Department in
the Cebu branch.
