Responsibilities:
Improvement of Production systems and procedures
Responsible for the performance evaluation, management and development of
production staff.
Oversee Facilities and Equipment Maintenance.
Serve as Lead Engineer for Environmental/Pollution Control, Health and Safety,
and Process and Productivity Improvement.
Prepare monthly productivity and quality report.
Trains staff for production and quality monitoring and critical decision making.
Responsible for review of process procedure and forms standardization.
Responsible for monitoring and disposal of Production scrap and no good item.
Supervise all production staff and operators.
Responsibilities:
Senior Process Engineer:
New Product Development
- Prepare new product development plan and schedule.
- Study and analyze new product specification and requirement.
New Product Production Preparation
- Create and execute new product development plan
- Develop inspection specification and other related documents.
- Develop process design and carry out layout preparation items.
- Study and create equipment, jig and tools specifications.
- Perform SPC technique such as capability, verifies result and carry out necessary actions.
- Prepare and verifies problem and countermeasure.
- Verify material for production and inspection process.
- Conduct awareness training to operators.
Continues Improvement (KAIZEN) Activity
- Line productivity improvement.
- Line quality improvement.
- Line Safety, Hygiene and Environment Investigation.
SMT Process Development
- Process Flow and control development
- Stencil Specification preparation and ordering.
Lead Engineering Technician:
Technical Troubleshooting
- Providing technical assistance (brain storming) in reading schematic and process
diagram during troubleshooting of the following.
- DC power supply, auto-electrical, electronic circuits and logic boards.
- Electro-mechanical, electro-pneumatic and hydraulic machines
Others:
- Prioritized field assignments based on nature of problem and production line condition.
- Responsible for maintaining, repairing and replacement of hydraulic, pneumatic and
electrical and electronic components.
- Participate in designing and manufacturing of equipment by outside supplier to increase
production efficiency in conveyable production output.
- Direct coordination and handle meetings to outside suppliers of equipments and
machineries before acquisition.
- Coordinate, negotiate, facilitate and participate in overhauling projects of machines
through service providers.
- Support junior technician during preparation of design and specification of simple type of
tools using autoCAD software.
- Administer effective maintenance system to minimize production downtime.
- Prepared and maintain reports on machine repairs as per required by immediate superior.
- Maintain sufficient spare parts and tool inventory/records to properly support the facility.
- Coordinate and participate in production line lay-out activities such as small and large
area movements for production capacity maximization.
- Supervised in installation of Audio and Video system as per request.
- Supervised in machine conversion based from issued schematic wiring diagram by support
group coming from expatriate experts from design engineering main office.
- Assemble jig or machine equipment and wiring connections issued by Design Engineer.
- Maintained work area and equipment clean and organized.
- Perform job assigned from time to time.
- Carry out companywide procedure and work instruction.
