HindujaTech is the engineering services arm of the Hinduja Group specialising in Automotive, Aerospace, ERP etc. Having started as a Graduate Engineer Trainee fresh out of college, was awarded full performance rating and Graduate Engineer designation after the maiden year. Garnered customer appreciation for excellent cross team support and turning around a delayed milestone delivery.
Responsibilities
• Planning, scheduling and administering the project execution in line with the contractual obligations.
• Regular review of planning and scheduling of work to analyze progress and performance; preparing periodic WIP reports to the clients and the management.
• Identification of pending issues and delays; explore avenues for improvement/alternatives, prioritize work with project requirements and subsequent resource planning.
• Coordinate within the team to effectively manage the available resources and with the external customers to communicate the progress and, to propose and seek approval for improvements to the process.
• Failure mode calculation and documentation of aircraft structures.
• Improving and/or standardizing processes with the aim of cross team legibility and customer orientation.
Accomplishments
• Taking the lead and overhauling a time consuming process, ensuring timely milestone delivery in lieu of a delayed forecasted delivery.
• Introduction of a comprehensive quality check and error detection criteria.
