Fund Raising:
Identifying new funding channels and maintaining strategic relationships with banks and other financial institutions. Providing updated information on the status of placements with GCC-based investors for placement summary reports.
Reviewing & updating information relating to GCC-based investors and the status of placements with GCC-based investments in Greenstone’s Salesforce system.
Obtaining updates and understanding such investors’ investment strategies, preferences, and investment profiles.
Maintaining and updating all data held on GCC-based investors in GSE’s Salesforce system.
Assisting in identifying suitable GCC - based investors whose investment preferences may align with the strategies of fund manager partners of GSE (each, a
“Fund Manager Partner”).
Banking & Treasury:
Devising short-term and long-term treasury strategies in line with the with organic and inorganic growth initiatives.
Monitoring treasury compliance with covenants, internal controls, policies and procedures along with ensuring key firm requirements are met.
Performing initial screening of funds in comparison with other fund profiles along with drafting comparable pitch books.
Performing financial modelling, carrying out financial performance analysis, initial screening of the companies and preparation of company profiles and thematic industry/ sector reports.
Financial Analysis/ Documentation:
Providing updated information on the status of placements with GCC - based investors for placement summary reports and update such information in GSE’s Salesforce system.
Conducting short-term market sounding to determine suitability for the funds and investment vehicles that GSE is considering onboarding to gauge the appetite of GCC - based investors by working in coordination
with GSE’s Partner Relations Team.
Preparing region-specific executive summaries and/ or presentations for Fund Manager Partner’s fund or investment vehicle and preparing pitch emails.
Coordinating with Compliance in getting the marketing materials approved for the
relevant geographies.
Creating a brief summary and the relevant point of contacts for Fund Managers to reach out to high class investors (i.e. Sovereign Wealth Funds, Pension Funds and endowments).
Providing an outlook of the KPIs or meeting booked in the relevant geographies and presenting graphs table once the fund is mutually terminated or closed.
Providing a ranking Analysis as to how each fund onboarded by Greenstone Equity Partners stands out with other funds. E.g. Comparison of a private equity fund in the UK with other private equity funds in Europe.
Learning about clients' businesses and the audit process as part of a team.
Using technology platforms to test and analyze our clients’ data.
Working in a blended model of virtual work and visiting client sites.
The role was basically entitled with basic fundamentals which included marketing system,
self-management, client representation, and customer service. The marketing system conducted on a daily basis was a one-on-one fashion and conduct customer acquisition daily.
