Responsible for all Procurement Activities of our Organization which includes MEP Project, Maintenance, Trading, and Work Shop Department.
Heading and Managing Supply Chain Management System.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide best possible solution within the SLA.
Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to achieve significant cost savings and improve
overall procurement efficiency.

Preparation of Contracts and Purchase Orders with obligatory terms and conditions as per the approved Procurement and Financial policies.
Co-ordinate all Logistics activities including Freight, Custom Clearance, Special Approvals etc. for all importing items from various countries.
Managing to gather all Approvals from Various Ministries related to the customs Clearance process.
Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to identify potential sourcing opportunities and
develop robust supplier relationships.
Handling Vendor Management and Escalations.
Preparation of Purchase report to management and analysis of Monthly Purchase Report for each Department.
Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements related to procurement and sourcing.
Manage communication within the team, develop and maintain good relationship with suppliers & service providers, and maintain timely and accurate reporting to management.
Responsible for handling all financial and performance Audits related to SCM.
Responsible for the local and overseas purchases of all range of products for MEP projects

Analysis of Foreign purchase Order report for Insuring of goods and Logistic Coordination.
Responsible for the Logistic operations and Customs Clearance processes.
Responsible for the timely delivery of all foreign purchase Orders
