1. Data migration from various systems such as Intergraph/Geo Media to GE-Smallworld. Participates from RFP and Scope Of Work and key project lead
2. Due diligence for US based major electric and GAS company PG&E electric data distribution GIS system and recommendation. Played as a Data Analyst
3. SSystem integration for Asset Management and real time controlling for UK based major electrical distribution network service provider. Played as a Subject Mater Expert (SME) for SLD & Equipment data integration.
4. RR-APDRP electrical data capturing for 2 states in India. This is one of the most prestigious project handled by me (both in commercial value andmanaging geo-graphically wide spread data collection from scratch to end-to-end network implementation). Played as a SME for electrical domain at customer end, expert in Personal Geo database managing, co-ordinator for Onsite and offshore model work structure.
5. Te-Gis for a leading telecommunication service provider for land base creation for 25 cities and Played as a Team Leader
6. Cadastral Mapping Geo-referencing and parcel mapping of Netherland land parcel management for municipal land taxation. The data involves delivery of geo-referenced images from the year 1850 for 57 municipalities and delivery of 57 municipal land parcel data from the geo-reference cadastral maps in digital format (Mapinfo TAB)
7. Bewag - Conversion of 2.7 Million Outside plan maps into SHH-Paris for the city of Berlin. This is one of the most complex projects executed with 300+ engineers for duration of 4 Years. Played as a Team lead Technical Lead and Technical Trainer.
8. AJDS Norway- Engineering Cad drawing conversion and cadastral data conversion. Played as team lead for a team size of 25 engineers.
9. SSubstation Conversion for GE - Energy Conversion System of Electrical SLD Drawings. Played as a QA In-charge for deliverable and bagged 100% First time acceptance
10. QQwest - data conversion project from raster to vector. Played as a quality lead
