Shadowing experienced project managers and technicians, Justin refined his understanding of project management and showed meticulous attention to details.

He also worked closely with the Business Development team, participating in client meetings, assisting with office tours, and learning advanced sales strategies. His proactive approach and exceptional interpersonal skills made a lasting impact thus showcasing his versatility and potential in both technical and business-oriented roles.

DP World is a global port operator and logistics company headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is one of the world's largest maritime terminal operators, managing over 80 marine and inland terminals across six continents. DP World provides container handling services, freight forwarding, and logistics solutions, facilitating international trade and supply chain management.

Justin has shown very good Interest to understand the functions of the department. He maintained regular attendance and reported to work on time. He demonstrated self-motivation to learn new skills and showed eagerness and positivity to take on responsibilities.

He was assigned to our technical team to observe and familiarize himself with how marine vessels are operated, maintained, and repaired. Justin was able to observe both technical (onsite) processes and management practices as well as interact with employees on site.

He stayed onboard our Offshore Supply vessel Topaz Juzor, this unique experience enabled him to gain firsthand insights into project management strategies, daily agenda planning, and the intricate process of ship drydocking.
