• Delivered training to 2, 500+ associates over 2 years across First Aid, Fire Fighting, Emergency Response, and Train-the-Trainer

• Planned and executed emergency drills including fire, work-at-height rescue, electrical shock, and snake bite response.
• Represented site safety function in ECA, ICA and REM compliance audits; using Amazon Austin (Global EHS tool), Quick Suit and
Excel for KPI tracking and reporting.

Built the company's Safety Management System from the ground up.
