Supervised the team of Client's(FM Logistic, IKEA, ENGEOCOM and ZNAK in Russian Federation) Engineers, controlled the safety status on the construction sites, elaborated and controlled quality and labor safety regulation.
I conducted the training of quality and safety and environment rules to Client's Subcontractors and engineers.
I impoved the working conditions. REPORTS and meetings' organization.
Achievements:
1. Improvement of working environment measures.
2. Was awarded to main safety manager for Russian Federation.
Diploma with mention "Excellence". Diploma's material was immediately used in plant' s production. Was invited to work as design engineer at TV sets plant("SCHETMASH" in Russian Federation). University recommended to continue PhD studies.
