Responsible for developing and executing E-Learning and Blended Learning trainings and development solutions to about 13, 000 internal customers organization wide. Also responsible for overseeing various engagement activities to improve staff happiness and retention.
Worked as a Senior Lecturer and Management Consultant at IoBM from January 2013 till 2018. Independently administered and led teaching teams focusing on Human Resource Management, HR Analytics, Training & Development and Performance Management. Integral in of the experiential learning pilot project (Capstone) team for the IoBM. Also part of the team working for the AACSB accreditation for the institute. Currently doing research on knowledge management at Pakistani workplaces.
Held dual designations of Deputy Program Manager and Manager Monitoring and Evaluation. Was responsible for marketing the Skill Based Industrial Literacy Program (SBILP) and liaising with garment factories in Karachi in order to implement the same. Conducted periodic evaluations of the training team in Karachi, Lahore & Faisalabad. Also arranged for various train-the-trainer seminars/workshops relating to ergonomics and industrial engineering.
Worked as a Business Development and Quality Assurance Executive, functioning as a facilitator/coordinator between buyers and suppliers during Pre-shipment inspections. Functioned as an analyzer of different buying trends of leading buyers who import from Pakistan. Conducted awareness as well as skill based trainings for internal quality assurance teams as well as partner factories regarding client specifications, quality standards etc.
