Develop and execute comprehensive deals with clients and phone call inquiries that align with the company's goals and objectives. Greet walk-in guests as well as with reservations upon arriving the front desk Monitor and maintain brand consistency across all the existing staff of the company. Answer telephone queries of current and prospective guests at the reception area based on their requirement and needs Assisting the Manager in all the necessary paper works and emails.
Monitoring of the up coming logistics delivery both loading and unloading sites of the company.
Tracking and proper documentation of shipments along with respective stacking if necessary.
Overseeing inventory levels and ensuring that any low stock situations are communicated properly with the in charge
Liable in addressing client complaints and inquiries Attending phone call and giving solutions to clients requirements Knowledgeable with the company policy and protocol in return of goods bought by the client. Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment. Monitor and maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
