● Handling the calls according to Rotana standards.
● Takes care of guest’s personal requests.
● Prepares the hotel daily events sheet.
● Maintains an up to date knowledge of hotel information and local services, including operating hours, promotion, and hotel events.
● Answer all the calls in a professional and friendly manner as per Rotana Standard; and directs call to the guest’s rooms, colleagues, or departments through the switchboard and ensure the proper operation resulting in fast and efficient transferring of calls.
● Take messages for Guests and Management as per the required standard
● Record wake-up call requests in the PMS, maintain the manual wake-up call sheet and deliver wake-up call request accordingly on time
● Knowledgeable on basic IT requirements to assist guests e.g. on internet connection as per Rotana standards
● Answer guest in-house request and immediately set on the QEMS.
● Complete management’s long distance call vouchers and record them on the traffic sheet.
● Deal with any complaints, take action where appropriate and communicate to the Front Office Manager and immediate Supervisors.
