Manage incidents during the shift duty. Communicate critical incidents with higher management. Coordinate with NOC Front and Back Office teams to resolve incidents at the earliest. Manage incident management tickets of any violating KPI which to be addressed to concerned teams using proper escalation matrix. Follow up with the concerned for any raised issues applying OLA/SLA, to make sure service availability is restored within minimum time intervals. Coordinate with the teams for planned outages and activities in order to make sure it’s performed and accomplished successfully within the outage time window. Benchmark the main service KPIs to make sure no degradation resulted due to any planned activity. Prepare report for the activities carried out during the shift.
