Writing and developing system and procedure of all the departments.
Monitoring the Implementation of all systems and procedures.
Issuing the Internal auditing plan.
Performing Internal audits within the company.
Responsible for implementing ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 .
Responsible of customer complaints system and customer satisfaction system.
coordinate and follow up between Sales, Marketing, Production and Procurement departments when non-conformity shows up, make monthly and yearly analysis of them as well.
Following- up on Corrective and Preventive Actions resulted by different systems.
Attended the first international conference on industrial systems and manufacturing engineering (ISME'14). Amman, Jordan November 12th 2014 Attended a training workshop entitled "performance management: results based management (RBM)"
