Assist the Legal Advisers in preparing the legal contracts and other correspondence related to the department.
Handle all the English correspondence of the department including the office of the Deputy Managing Director.
Is entrusted with strictly confidential matters/correspondence for Senior Officers.
Organize all arrangements for international business trips including visa, air and land transportation, appointments, accommodation and travel allowance.
Maintain files of all the legal confidential documents and arrange for the distribution to the concerned authorities.
Monitor office supplies and requisition stock as required; ensure the efficient operation of all office equipment including computers, facsimile and photocopy machines.
Designated to keep record of leave, business travel and training courses of all the employees in the department
