• Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business
• Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones

Developed Application software for ERP for trading and manufacturing, Health Care project for
Clinical Management System and Pharmacy.
The Application program brings about an integrated and automated process for Health Sector Clinical Management.
The Pharmacy Application program brings about an integrated and automated process for Health Sector Pharmacy Management with many of the advanced version such as multiple privilege, tracing structure and many more etc.
The Prior Authorization Application program brings about an integrated and automated process for Health Sector Clinical Authorization from HAAD and Collecting information through web services and updating the list to the concerned doctors .Mainly for taking approval from HAAD For particular Procedure based on Clinic, Which HAAD will give the approval and provide the insurance link up with it.
Used tools such as, Spring MVC, Java, Jsp, J2EE, Hibernate, MySQL, Ajax, J Query, JSon, Web Services, Jasper Report, Developing, Managing, Testing, Implemetation;etc.
