Strategic HR:
1. Prepare HC projection for upcoming 3 months.
Recruitment & Selection:
1. Check HC plan & budget after receiving ERF (Employee Requisition Form) from Department Head.
2. Place job advertisement (online job portal, national newspaper and other professional media as well).
3. Screening CV for short listing candidate and call for interview.
4. Arrange interview and assist selection process.
5. Prepare and distribute Appointment or Contract letter to final selected candidates.
6. Monitor & maintain joining process and ensure required documentation.
7. Plan and conduct orientation for new joined staff to foster positive attitude toward Company values & goals.
Training & Development:
1. Identify training needs and assist to prepare yearly training plan.
2. Coordinate with different training organization to strengthen the capacity of T&D more resourceful and active which proofs the visibility.
3. Prepare and regularly update Job Description, Organogram.
4. Update & formulate HR polices & procedures, periodic review & update all these in consultation of HR Head.
Others:
1. Maintain and monitor probation review & yearly performance appraisal process.
2.Prepare and distribute all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates to the concerned person as & when required.
3. Update regularly personal file when required.
4. Prepare different types memo & notice.
5. Ensure appropriate and timely action on requests concerning any kind of employee transition such as transfer, promotion, separation etc.
6. Conduct Exit interview during employees resignation or termination and review with management.
7. Prepare different HR reports like monthly detailed recruitment & selection, monthly performance, KPI, manpower status, Joining Summary etc.
8. Process employees Medical claim application as per Metlife Alicos policy and submits to the Insurance Company.
9. Handle labor court related issues.
10. Perform other official duties as needed and directed by Management.
