- Launched the first IPTV on-demand app in Qatar (Mozaic Go) for Android and iOS with an activation campaign that increased app downloads by 270% and logins by 744%.
- Successfully identified home/mobile internet usage trends in the market and accordingly launched new products such as Fibre Optics, 4G and 4G+ that in turn achieved 87% product adoption from the total customer base.
- Managed the Ooredoo Marathon 2015 campaign (a key sporting event in Qatar) through various digital communication channels (microsite, display/search marketing and social media) which increased event registrations by 185% compared to previous years - Rated 8/10 by the regional Internal Product Committee.

- Co-managed full-fledged campaigns from strategic platform development to creative briefing and presentation of ATL, BTL & Digital communication for a wide range of telecom products such as Postpaid, Prepaid and Internet.
- Designated by senior management as the ambassador of Ooredoo’s IPTV product (Mozaic TV) as a result of demonstrating deep understanding of the category, brand and competitive landscape.
- Co-led the FIFA World Cup 2014 event launch on Mozaic TV which achieved 99% customer retention against fierce competition - Shortlisted in 2 entries at the Dubai Lynx 2015 awards.
- Selected by the client to attend the Walt Disney Company brand workshop training in Dubai to consult the Mozaic team on the launch of their exclusive Disney partnership in Qatar.
- Took part in rebranding Qtel to Ooredoo in 9 countries and led induction sessions for new recruits on the Ooredoo brand.
