Planning, coordinating and implementing successful Community Livelihood Support Programme implemented by INGOs and funded by European Union and Norwey Government
•Need Assessment
•Collecting primary and secondary Data from stakeholders on project initiation
•Organizing and conducting meetings with community members as well as stakeholders in order to find their need or problems and communicate these findings with staff members and finalize the best option to follow
Conducting Preliminary and Pre feasibility studies and preparing reports to get Programme Manager approval
•Budgeting, Monitoring and Evaluation
•Coordinating Line Department to get their supports and approvals for the projects
Conducting Training programmes and facilitation session according to the need of the community and the Government officers of SL
•Community mobilization on Training and Development
•Continues Monitoring and Evaluation of the project activities
•Communicate and solve the issues at field level
•Maintaining project progress diary
•Submitting plan, progress report and project updating on weekly and monthly basis
•Organizing stakeholders for handing over
•Follow up beneficiary activities for some period of time after the handing over
I am a BSc Degree holder ( BSc in Business Management) in Management streem at Wayamba University of Sri Lanka. Now, i am reading for a Master Degree in University of Peradiniya (MSc in Develeopment Communication and Extension). All course works have been completed and looking for comprehensive exam during November 2014
