• To plan and implement training plans for the different departments.
• Create and implement training courses for the Training Department.
• Organise and conduct employee orientation in line with corporate standards.
• Conduct and evaluate training as required.
• Establish and maintain records of training for all courses.

Duties and Responsibilities:
" Assist the head of Department to plan and implement training plans for the different departments.
" Create and implement training courses for the Training Department.
" Organise and conduct employee orientation in line with corporate standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:
" Assessing the extent of language needs at the work place in coordination with training coordinator, training manager and Regional training manager.
" Setting schedules for language classes based on the different levels of delivery.
" Selection and placement of training candidates in suitable classes for the best outcome.
" Delivery of English Language lessons as per the planned curriculum.
" Setting level exams and correcting them and posting the results for further learning if the suitable mark is reached.
" Coordinates the class schedule with the training coordinator and posting the times to all concerned.
" Reporting the output of all exams to the Training manager before announcement to the concerned parties.
" Observing the hotel operation at different times to assess language needs and integrating those needs into the classroom examples and exercises.
" Ability to tailor and teach other self improvement programs like self discipline, time management, How to guarantee guest loyalty, respecting the diversity of cultures, communication skills, leadership skills, and sanitation & hygiene programs
" Using the companys culture (motto) as a guideline around which lessens should be focusing.
" Helping out the training department with regards to observation, data collection, data analysis and reporting.
" Delivery of other training programs to expatriates when needed in English
