Responsible for attending Inspections for installed all kind of sports facilities services as per project specifications. Like Ribbion screen, giant screen, repeater screen, Turf forming, pitch preparation, Vrf unit, sub air ventilation system etc..
Submission of Inspection Request (IR) to Consultant.
Review of Method Statement, ITP and checklist.
Coordinating with Client/Consultant & TPI (Third Party Inspector) for witnessing inspections.
Ensure and verify compliance to project stipulated procedures, specifications and standards.
Witnessing of pre-commissioning and commissioning activities at site.
Responsible for attending Inspections for installed mechanical services as per project specifications.
Submission of Inspection Request (IR) to Consultant.
Review of Method Statement, ITP and checklist.
Closing NCR’s issued by consultant / contractor.
Monitoring the work progress status on a daily/weekly basis and see of slippages where corrective action is to be taken.
Prepare and monitor all documents logs.
Ensuring that the Quality of materials used in construction and Quality of all equipment’s installed is in accordance with Project Specification & complying with the standards.
Ensuring that the Test Equipment is being used at site is calibrated and valid Calibration Test Certificate is available for Client/Consultant review.
Familiar with ASME, ASTM, NFPA, ASHRAE, SMACNA standards.
Closing of snags issued post commissioning activities.

THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE WILL BE TO:
•Checking the materials as per codes and project specifications.
•Responsible for attending Inspections for installed services as per project specifications.
•Submission of Inspection Request (IR) to Consultant.
•Ensure and verify compliance to project stipulated procedures, specifications and standards.
•Witnessing of pre-commissioning and commissioning activities at site.
•Closing NCR’s issued by consultant / contractor.
•Prepare and monitor all documents logs.
•Coordination with NDT crew for non destructive testing on piping
•Inspecting fabrication of piping spools and supports.
•Witness visual inspection of plant piping and preparing punch list after installation.
•Inspecting fabrication of Piping works and Fit-up works.
•Preparation of test pack, As-built control sheets and also experienced in revising Isometric and P&ID’s, familiar with codes and standards like ASME, ASTM & API.
•Checking the documents of As-built drawing and site modification.
•Worked as a HVAC Project Engineer at Keppel FMO, Qatar
Katara Facility Management Project, Qatar.
THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE WILL BE TO:
•Assign maintenance manpower within his assigned area to meet daily changes in operating requirements and priorities.
•Recommend special work schedules, overtime or contractor participation to meet unusual or emergency situations.
•Analyze and estimate required manpower, justifying when necessary requests for additional manpower, overtime or extension of unit downtime.
•Assure that all details of material and equipment are available at jobsite.
•Perform special assignments as directed, utilizing his engineering knowledge and experience. Such assignments may include work direction to one or more
Chennai Harbor Facility Management Project.
THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE WILL BE TO:
•Perform preventive maintenance and repair service work on HVAC, water chillers, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and various other building systems to maintain the properties in peak operational condition.
•Experience of working on equipment such as Mckay, York, Carrier, Daikin and Mitsubishi etc
•Identify energy savings opportunities at facilities including system and operational changes that can decrease the property's energy consumption.
•Possess hands on skills and knowledge to complete required repairs and maintenance on commercial HVAC systems (including, pumps, motors, air handlers, automation/controls systems, and associated electrical systems) using industry standard tools and in accordance with all codes, laws, and regulations.
