❖ Opening Carrefour land mark, lagoon, Dar Al-Salam and Ezdan
❖ Opening store and prepare the planograms of market and food sections
❖ Purchase and choose the correct category of store needed for the opening
❖ Monthly stocktaking and analyses the margin
❖ Analyses the sales and manage all the stock
❖ Supervise on the store and manage the team for opening and closing time while I'm duty manager
