To monitor the construction/subcontractors through out all construction
and commissioning phases to ensure the integrity of work scope and that
all work is carried out accordance with project drawing, specifications,
quality requirement and project schedule.
Monitors and report actual progress for electrical activities. Including
control of men- hours and project material.
Having site visit frequently during operating job, to get approval from
client, providing technical support to field engineers also rectify the site
problem.
Supervision and co-ordination with vendors, clients and team members
for timely execution of task.
Handling the Document regarding the Site and Office Documents
Preparing the daily progress report
Searching for new clients who could benefit from your products in a
designated region
Travelling to visit potential clients
Identification of all requirements in requisition for purchase issued by
Design Department
Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who
are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.
Maintain the BOQ with updates from suppliers until after awarding
the contract
Receiving the price quotations. (competitive quotes)
Develop purchasing or sourcing strategies based on portfolio analyses
and supplier preferencing study.
Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain
the maximum benefit for the company.
Negotiate the best payment terms and contract conditions,
maintaining high level of integrity.

Issuance of Purchase order
Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedule so as to ensure on-time
deliveries of final product.
Define and maintain documented category and supplier strategies
using market and competitive data.
Keep updated with market developments and assist in Vendor
Development
Arrange and participate in meetings between suppliers and Company
engineers and other personnel to facilitate standardization and
economical procurement.
Getting Quotation for the civil materials like cement, steel, concrete
and all types of construction materials.
Searching for the new supplier in market and negotiating the price for
the materials.
Getting the quotation for major projects as per the vendor list which is
approved by ADEC
Develop, implement and drive the procurement strategies in order to
meet cost savings targets.
Create monthly performance reviews and reports focusing on overall
sourcing requirements.
