We are doing the XBRL filing for USA based companies, the clients will send us their full financial statments and we will proceed it with by using our own tool. For each line items we will tag the appropriate elements to match the client presentation and convert it into XBRL files after everything get over then we will proceed those files to filing with SEC site. Once we have done with that part then SEC site will automatically validate the datas which we have filed, if it will be a accurate one then it will get it to their database and make the filing as success.
