• • Managing Import consignment on receipt inspection for quality conformity at Regional Distribution centers.
• Implement and execute warehouse CRQS for both Unilever and 3P warehouses as per CRQS guidelines.
• Perform defect trend analysis for products inspected and prepare monthly report on quality inspection at DC’s.
• Follow up on CAPA and re-evaluates effectiveness of the actions implemented by the respective SU’s and gives feedback for the same.
• Performing transit trail evaluation together with R&D team for new launches.
• Consignment inspection as per agreed sampling plan for regular and specific quality parameters.
• Assess product quality characteristics identified as specific for on-shelf and consumer use stability as per the product description.
• Liaise with approved 3rd party laboratories for any specific quality parameters need to be tested where facilities are not available in house.
• Compile FG inspection report and finalize “GO” “NO GO” decision for market release.
• Performing QV Audits in Unilever warehouses & 3rd party warehouses, working with them to close the gaps as per Unilever guidelines.
• Perform CRQS inspection in Markets and stores to study the performance of the product on shelf.
• Training for relevant parties (warehouse personnel’s, merchandisers & beauty advisers) for quality requirements of finished goods and quality systems to ensure perfect quality product delivered to the consumers.
• Managing re-packing of Import products as per local legislative requirements for Gulf countries
• Responsible for conducting and coordinating Internal IMS audits in the plant (QMS, EMS & OHSAS)
• Working for improvements in the organization to fulfill the requirements of ISO & internal standards.
• Responsible for analyzing finished products and Raw materials of Shampoos, Toothpaste, Soap, Dish wash liquids and Fabric softener.
• Using SAP for system transactions of RM & FG.
• Preparing Management and Corporate quality reports.
• NCR and Write off preparation for FG and bulks & preparing CAPA for the issues.
• Conducting Internal Process Audits, Interlock Validation in packing lines.
• Quality Complaints analysis along with Production Team Leaders.
• Performs calibration of laboratory instruments as per the calibration program and GMP requirements.
• Responsible for preparation of laboratory reagents.
• Responsible for reviewing analytical documentation for analysis performed by other chemists.
• Trainer for new QC analyst.
• Responsible for analyzing Active SO3, Enzyme, Perborates, BH Base, Alkalinity, O2, NOBS, TAED in Finished products and Raw materials of Laundry detergents.
• Responsible for analyzing finished products of Dish wash liquids.
• Responsible for analyzing finished products of Fabric softener.
• Responsible for analyzing Calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Responsible for Preparation of laboratory solutions.
